Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Help optometrist with eye examinations
• Assisting patients with eye care
• Gather medical history information
• Administering tests 
• Educate patients on eye care 

Salary: $22,260
Education:

• At least have a high school diploma 
• Completion of an optometry technician training program 
• 2 year associate degree 

Requirements for this career:

• Good rapport with patients 
• A high school diploma 
• State may require licensing 
• Completion of a 2-4-year apprenticeship (If state requires licensing)
• Might be required to maintain license by continuing education

Reflection: 

     I do not want to become an Optometry Technician. It looks boring and i do not like boring. So i do not want to pursue this career although there's no school i need to continue attending to work as a Optometry Technician.
