Radiation Oncologist 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Treat cancer patients 
• Work with patients to insure treatment 
• See patients daily for about 4-6 weeks 
• Administer radiation therapy 
• Operates the machines being used for radiation therapy

Salary: $80,220

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Medical school 
• Fellowships in oncology 
• Residencies in radiation oncology

Requirements:

• One year of training 
• Complete a radiation oncology residency
• Pass the computer test 
• Pass the oral certifying exam 
• Licensing
